Customer:	How about the configurations of metal standard samples? Can you supply?
Answer:	In RoHS profession, there are no uniform metal standard samples; the standard samples of Skyray are made by Shenyang Non-ferrous Metallurgy Company, China, conforming to professional standard. Till now we do not supply to customers.

Customer:	Do you calibrate the instrument regularly? How about the period?
Answer:	Customers can calibrate themselves and we can send the technicians to have door-to-door calibration; Customer self-calibration should be done before turning on the machine every time after Skyray giving the training; take EC681 data as the standard. Door-to-door calibration is irregular; the technician will calibrate the data for you.

Customer:	How to solve the problem about big different testing results of the same standard sample on different instruments?
Answer:	Usually if you use instruments calibrated by different samples, you will get much different results. However, instruments manufactured by Skyray calibrated by the same standard, so if you have the right operations, you will not get the results with much deviation, unless, the data or software is damaged. Use the spare data or have the instrument calibration.

Customer:	How to show repeatability and reappearance in the software?
Answer:	Repeatability and reappearance relate to the accuracy of the instrument. That is to measure the stability of the instrument. If you want to show accuracy of the instrument, you should test typical homogenous materials repeatability. Finally study the relative standard deviation.

Customer:	How to test stoving varnish of steel and iron?
Answer:	If the stoving varnish is relatively thicker, above 80 um, you should select plastic and others to test. If the thickness is less than 80um, you should select to test steel. It depends on plating thickness; in principle, you should divide them.
