Planning of SAMIIP

The first-phase construction of SAMIIP was completed and put into use in May, 2010. SAMIIP is to be constructed and put into use in phases within 3 years, covering 66,666 square meter and will be constructed in two phases with total investment of above hundreds of millions RMB. Total construction area in phase 1 is 34,000 square meter, including a 10-storey intelligent R&D building and workshop, which are already completed and put into use.

Construction of SAMIIP will adhere to “Reasonable Planning, Organized Layout” and meet the requirements of “High start point, High standard, and High quality”, targeting to build SAMIIP into international top-level industrial park in China.

SAMIIP consists of an intelligent R&D building, super precision machining center, workshops, technical and customer service center, talent apartment and entertainment quarter. R&D building, workshops and talent apartment are already put into use, while the second-phase construction of SAMIIP is already underway.

R&D building

Application Research Center, established in 2010, is in R&D Building to work on solutions for industries and latest social issues concerning environment and people’s health. We take developing analytical instruments for Spectroscopy, Chromatography and MS fields as the key in our business, keep on updating product hardware and software and converting new techniques into our products. We value the cooperation with key universities and research institutes in China and the participation in international seminars of technical exchanges. We will shoulder the social responsibility as our own and lead China’s analytical and measuring industry to the international top level.

Super precision machining center

Precision machining has long been a barrier to the development of precision industries in China, therefore, we will purchase advanced machining equipments and measuring instruments from the abroad, including roundness measuring instrument, surface roughness tester, three dimensional measuring machine, CNC universal lathe, centerless grinder, etc. to improve the precision of key components in our instruments and overall precision of the instruments.

Villa-like workshop

Professional and integrated manufacturing base, production lines of instruments for spectroscopy, chromatography and MS, dispatching of manufacturing materials, test and inspection of ex-factory components and parts, manufacturing, assembly and installation, calibration and QC, etc.

Technical and customer service center
“Quality First, Best Services” – we have our own technical and customer service center to offer technical services as well as pre-sale and after sale services for the clients.

Talent apartment

Our talent apartment is integrated with entertainment quarter and living quarter. By now, cafeteria, convenient store, laundry and party hall are already in use.

SAMIIP will be equipped with hotel, bank, multi-media conference room, training center, cafeteria, gym, library, internet bar, ping pong and pool room, coffee house and club, etc., meeting all kinds of business requirements and enriching the living of our staff.
